Il Problema e’ che a Parma o in altre parti d’Italia, non esiste chi lo puo’ noleggiare, anche per poco tempo, sci, biciclette, e quant’altro per il tempo libero lo si trova ovunque, non vedo perché non si possano noleggiare questo tipo di ausili . Sarebbe bello e interessante creare un servizio per ovviare a questo piccolo ma grande problema.
